BATTERY PACK

PURPOSE: A battery pack is provided to reduce the whole height of the battery pack, to facilitate the assembly of a battery cell, cell gap, protection circuit module, and upper case, and to simplify a manufacturing process of the battery pack. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack includes: a battery cell(10) which includes positive and negative electrode terminals and supplies the charged power; a protection circuit module(20) which includes circuit patterns and semiconductor device and prevents overcharging or overdischarging of the battery cell; a cell cap(30) for electrically connecting the positive and negative electrode terminals with the protection circuit module; an upper case(40) which accommodates the protection circuit module and the upper case and is combined with the upper part of the battery cell; and a lower case(50) combined with the lower part of the battery cell.
