PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and thin thin-film balun that maintains various required balun characteristics. SOLUTION: The thin-film balun 1 includes: an unbalanced transmission line UL; a balanced transmission line BL facing and magnetically coupled to the unbalanced transmission line UL; and a capacitor electrode DE1 facing a part of the balanced transmission line BL, constituting a capacitor D1 and connected to a ground terminal G.
