PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielding structure capable of solving the problem, wherein the number of portion items increases because a shield separate from a casing is provided, when an internal shield with an opening is provided at the outside of a generation source of heat and noise, and when an external shield with a numerical aperture higher than that of the internal shield is provided further inside the outside thereof, for realizing radiating the heat and shielding the noise by connecting both shields to a common frame, in a device generating the heat and the noise in an inside of the casing, and capable of attaining heat radiation effect and noise shielding effect, without increasing the number of portion items. SOLUTION: The shielding structure for electronic equipment includes a junction portion jointed with the first member and the second member, and contact points with the first member contacting with the second member are provided with a prescribed space, in the junction portion.
