METHOD OF FABRICATING MICRO-LENS ARRAY AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING OPTICAL DETECTOR ARRAY HAVING THE LENS

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a micro lens array and a method of manufacturing an optical sensor array using the same are provide d to increase fill factor by manufacturing a lens array including micro lenses which are arranged repeatedly. CONSTITUTION: An optical sensor(230) is attached to an optical sensor substrate(220). A base material is spread in the optical sensor and is removed to expose the substrate between optical sensors outside. A lens array is formed with the base material through a reflow method. The lens array is formed by regularly and repetitively arranging micro lenses having the same curvature as that of even bottom The pitch of the micro lenses is between 0.1um and 200um.
