<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophilic low reflection member having high light transmittance in a wide region of 400-1,200 nm, strong adhesive strength to a base material, excellent weather resistance, hydrophilicity, antifouling property and antistatic function and inexpensive. <P>SOLUTION: The low reflection member has a transparent substrate and a low reflection film formed on the transparent substrate and the low reflection film is a hydrophilic low reflection material containing magnesium fluoride hydroxide ultrafine particle having 5-500 nm particle diameter. Further by adding a metal oxide as a refractive index adjusting agent, transmissivity in a long wave length region is improved and high transparency is exhibited in the wide wave length region of 400-1,200 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
