PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible multilayered substrate obtaining desirable bendability. SOLUTION: The flexible multilayered substrate includes a first layerαwith a first metal thin film pattern 21 formed on a flexible core material 10, and a second layerβwith a second metal thin film pattern 22 formed on the core material 10. The first layerαand the second layerβare laminated and integrated with each other to constitute a laminate. The first metal thin film pattern 21 is made of a metal lower in hardness than the second metal thin film pattern 22. When viewed from a laminated direction of the first layerαand second layerβ, a first region A in which only the first metal thin film pattern 21 is formed in the first metal thin film pattern 21 and the second metal thin film pattern 22 and a second region B in which both the first metal thin film pattern 21 and the second metal thin film 22 are formed are formed.
