PURPOSE: A safety nozzle for a fountain is provided to induce saving the production cost by comprising an element simple due to being comprised by a nozzle case, an elevated body and two switching sides. CONSTITUTION: A safety nozzle for a fountain is comprised of a nozzle case(10), a elevated body, a pair of switching sides. The nozzle case comprises a water supply unit at the lower part and a water jet unit in the lower part. The elevated body is installed inside the nozzle case which can ascend and descent and has a water projector(14) in the center and a water pressure action unit in the circumference of a water projector. The water pressure action unit acts by a water pressure with the water supplying part from the water projector. The pair of switching sides switches the water jet by rotating in symmetric according to the action of the elevated body in connecting upper part of the elevated body as a connection part in rear part. The pair of switching sides is in rotatable state by being connected with a hinge pin(31,41) in a nozzle case.
