PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an settlement management system capable of adjusting a charge on a bicycle parking position and remarkably improving user's usability.SOLUTION: The settlement management system includes: a parking lock device 4 including a parking side control part 8 for controlling locking and unlocking of a bicycle; a management device 11 including a management side control part 21 which when a signal for turning on a card information transmission and reception change-over switch 15 is transmitted from the parking side control part 8, regulates card information transmission and reception change-over switches of the other parking lock devices 4; a card receiving part 12 including a card information transmission and reception part 14 for an IC card 13 and a card information transmission and reception change-over switch 15 which is normally held at OFF and is turned on by the parking side control part 8; and a card information transmitting and receiving cable 16 for connecting a card reader/writer 18 included in the management device 11 to respective card information transmission and reception change-over switches 15 in series. |
