PURPOSE: A lane derailing warning apparatus using laser is provided to accurately detect the lane by irradiating the laser on the road with different radiation angle using a reflection mirror. CONSTITUTION: A lane derailing warning apparatus using laser comprises a laser irradiation unit(110), a reflective mirror part(120), a laser receiver, and a lane determining unit. The laser irradiation unit irradiates the laser. The reflective mirror part changes the radiation angel of the laser irradiated to the road by reflecting the laser with different angle.
