PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber wet master batch from which vulcanized rubber having a good balance of improved low heat build-up and electric conductivity is produced, a manufacturing method thereof, a rubber composition, and a pneumatic tire.SOLUTION: A rubber wet master batch is manufactured from at least a filler, a dispersion solvent and a rubber latex solution. In preparing a filler-containing slurry solution by dispersing the filler in the dispersion solvent, there are used two kinds of fillers composed of at least one kind of carbon black (1) selected from the group consisting of N300's, N500's, N600's, and N700's specified by ASTM D1765, and at least one kind of conductive filler (2) selected from the group consisting of acetylene black and a hollow carbon material. The relation X>Y is satisfied, wherein X is a dispersion treatment time of the carbon black (1) in the dispersion solvent, and Y is a dispersion treatment time of the conductive filler (2) in the dispersion solvent. |
