PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad holder in which an absorbent pad is easily determined whether it is arranged at an appropriate position of the pad holder or not while the pad holder is worn.SOLUTION: The pants type pad holder 1 has a waist opening 2 and a pair of leg openings 3, and is worn while arranging the absorbent pad 4 on a skin side surface of a crotch region b2. A width direction central region T has a part having higher total beam transmission than a width direction side region S. At least 50% or more of a region including the crotch regions b2 and d2 and located at the width direction central region T of the pad holder 1 includes a high beam transmission part 7 with total beam transmission of ≥50%. At least 75% or more of the width direction side region S includes low beam transmission parts 8 with total beam transmission of ≤40%. The absorbent pad 4 is fixed detachably on the high beam transmission part 7 of the pad holder 1 by means of a fixing means. |
