Provided is an electrolytic solution for chargeable devices which is a nonaqueous electrolytic solution including a solvent comprising a specific compound, e.g., a polyethylene glycol dialkyl ether, and which exhibits excellent cycle characteristics. Also provided are an electrolytic solution for lithium ion secondary batteries and a secondary battery including the electrolytic solution for lithium ion secondary batteries. The electrolytic solution for chargeable devices comprises a fluorine-containing lithium salt, a solvent comprising a specific compound, e.g., a polyethylene glycol dialkyl ether, and a hydroxylated organic compound as an optional ingredient, wherein the amount of the hydroxylated organic compound is up to 100 mg per kg of the specific compound. |
