COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, TRANSMISSION STATION, MOBILE STATION, AND COMMUNICATION METHOD

A frequency band can be accurately allocated to each mobile station while suppressing a control information amount transmitted and received between a base station and a mobile station.  The base station decides for each mobile station, an allocation-enabled region which may be used for communication with each mobile station and decides a frequency to be allocated to each mobile station within the decided allocation-enabled region.  The base station transmits to a mobile station, allocation-enabled region information indicating the allocation-enabled region and allocation information as information indicating frequency band allocation.  The base station and the mobile station mutually perform communication in accordance with the allocation-enabled region information and the allocation information.
