A method of electropulse-chemical surface hardening of machine parts made of steel consists in degreasing, washing, immersion into the electrolyte, passage of current through the anode, which is a special electrode and the part itself is a cathode. For hardening pulsed unipolar current with rectangular signal waveform is used, which is adjusted in intensity, frequency and duty factor. |
