PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional display program for an organization plan that can clarify a command and order system, efficiently go ahead with organizational activity, take prompt action when trouble arises, facilitate the analysis and examination of function and personnel changes and clearly indicate the advance method and features of organizational activity. SOLUTION: A computer includes processing means for carrying out the following means (A)-(C): (A) the means for carrying out (1) processing for defining and visually displaying a macro-subject regarding an organization plan on either one of an X-axis, a Y-axis and a Z-axis for displaying three dimensions, (2) processing for defining and visually displaying time series steps of the organization plan using either axis excluding the axis to define the macro-subject in (1), as a time series axis, and (3) processing for defining and visually displaying the hierarchy of the macro-subject on the remaining axis after using the other axes for (1) and (2); (B) the means for visually displaying the action of the macro-subject on a two-dimensional plane formed defined by (A) depending on the time series axis; and (C) the means for visually displaying a confirmation/acknowledgement route between the hierarchies of the macro-subject in the action visually displayed by (B).
