PURPOSE: A closed circuit television system and a control method thereof are provided to control a CCTV by plural local users. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of CCTV cameras takes images. A communication control unit transmits the images to a central server. A video signal is inputted through a video line to a matrix switcher(100). The central server(200) is connected to one or more local computer(300) through a communication network.
