PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-turbine droplet behavior evaluation device, capable of evaluating the behavior of a droplet in a turbine. SOLUTION: An in-turbine droplet behavior evaluation device includes: a humidity wetness calculation section that calculates the distribution of droplets produced through vapor condensation in a passage of vapor, based on a three-dimensional shape of a turbine having a rotor blade disposed in the passage of vapor and a stator vane introducing the vapor to the rotor blade, and a temperature and a pressure in the passage; a stator vane surface behavior calculation section that calculates the number of droplets and the droplet size distribution of the droplets on a stator vane surface, based on the distribution of droplets calculated by the humidity wetness calculation section; a droplet size calculation section that calculates the number of droplets flowing out from the stator vane to the rotor blade, and a droplet size distribution of the droplets, based on the number of the droplets and the droplet size distribution on the stator vane surface calculated by the stator vane surface behavior calculation section; and a rotor blade surface behavior calculation section that calculates the number of droplets and a droplet size distribution of the droplets on a rotor blade surface, based on the number of the droplets and the droplet size distribution calculated by the droplet size calculation section.
