TRANSFERRING WEB SERVICE MESSAGES FROM A SENDER TO A RECEIVER IN AN ONLINE GAMING SYSTEM

A system for transferring web service messages from a sender to a receiver in an online gaming system includes an application framework (26) configured to marshal messages using the Hessian binary protocol at the sender (10) and un-marshal messages received in Hessian binary form at the receiver (20). It also includes means (16, 18, 22) for sending messages in Hessian binary form from the sender to the receiver using an asynchronous Java Message Service.
