<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optionally set a usage rate and an application period of a loan interest rate type and to release a fixed interest rate during its application period at a commission lower than a refinancing commission. <P>SOLUTION: A communication terminal is provided with a loan principal setting part 102 and an assumed principal rate setting part 106 setting an assumed principal and setting an assumed principal application interest rate and an assumed principal application period to the assumed principal. A loan application interest rate management server is provided with an assumed principal storage part 2, which stores a rate/amount of the assumed principal, the assumed principal application interest rate, and the assumed principal application period set by a communication terminal, and a loan repayment amount calculation part 218 applying a loan interest, which is found from the stored assumed principal application interest rate and the stored assumed principal application period, for the assumed principal instead of a previously decided interest rate during the stored assumed principal application period serving as a part of a loan repayment period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
