An emptying unit is provided for emptying water from the water tank, and a locking unit provided for detachably locking the water tank at the upper dead center. A unit is provided for returning the water tank from the lower dead center to the upper dead center. The water tank is guided into the tubes by guiding elements that are designed as guide rollers. The tubes are made of steel or concrete.
