PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil quantity adjusting device capable of avoiding inconvenience such as an overflow tube easily falls off in a case body due to a temperature change in a specification environment, while screw-fastening and fixing the overflow tube. SOLUTION: This oil quantity adjusting device 8 has a drain plug 5 and the overflow tube 7. A male screw part 7d of the tube 7 has a threading part 9 engaging with a female screw part 5e by being threaded when threadedly engaging with the female screw part 5e of the drain plug 5. Thus, while screw-fastening and fixing the overflow tube 7, screw looseness by the temperature change under the specification environment can be avoided, and the falling-off preventive function of not making the overflow tube 7 fall off in an oil pan, can be perfected.
