The device (10) has a reflector (16) deflecting a light, which is radiated from a light source (14) i.e. LED, in a direction of surface normal, parallel to a surface of the component. The reflector and the light source are provided within a transparent plate-type component (12). The reflector includes a flat surface formed as a plane mirror, and exhibits a shape of cone-shaped shell. The light source and the reflector are arranged to each other in the same axis, where power supply of the light source is carried out by a conductive path attached to the component.
