The present invention relates to an environmentally-friendly soil spray solution which solidifies soil to prevent dust scattering and yellow sand and achieves desert afforestation, and to a process for preparing the soil spray solution, and to a method for spraying a solution over soil, wherein the soil spray solution is produced by mixing water and a water-soluble organic binder, and the thus-produced soil spray solution in an aqueous state is sprayed over the desert or a dry layer to solidify soil. In addition, the present invention provides a process for preparing the environmentally-friendly soil spray solution which solidifies soil to prevent dust scattering and yellow sand and achieves desert afforestation, and a method for spraying the solution over soil using same, wherein said process and said method comprise the steps of dissolving polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and a softener (citric acid or the like) into water such that the polyvinyl alcohol has a weight ratio (wt%) of 1% to 10% with respect to the weight of water, and the softener has a weight ratio (wt%) of 0.1% to 10% with respect to the weight of water, to obtain an aqueous solution; mixing an environment-friendly pigment to the aqueous solution, adding soil amendments serving as a vegetation element, such that the soil amendments have a weight ratio (wt %) of 0.1% to 20% with respect to the weight of water, and stirring the mixture to produce a fourth soil spray solution; stirring seeds of plants into the fourth soil spray solution to produce a sixth soil spray solution; and spraying the thus-produced sixth soil spray solution in an aqueous state over the desert or a dry layer. The present invention provides a process for preparing the environmentally-friendly soil spray solution which solidifies soil to prevent dust scattering and yellow sand, and a method for spraying the solution over soil using same, wherein said process and said method comprise the steps of dissolving polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and a softener (citric acid or the like) into water such that the polyvinyl alcohol has a weight ratio (wt%) of 1% to 10% with respect to the weight of water, and the softener has a weight ratio (wt %) of 0.1% to 10% with respect to the weight of water, to obtain an aqueous solution; mixing an environmentally-friendly pigment into the aqueous solution, adding soil amendments serving as an herbicide, and stirring the mixture to produce a fifth soil spray solution; and spraying the thus-produced fifth soil spray solution in an aqueous state solution over the desert or a dry layer. |
