PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurea urethane adhesive composition excellent in weatherability, and to provide a film laminate. SOLUTION: This polyurea urethane adhesive composition includes: a compound having no cyclic component or, even if having the cyclic component, having no unsaturated bond in the cyclic component and containing at least two isocyanate group; a polyaspartate ester; and an organic solvent, wherein the compound containing isocyanate groups is a terminal isocyanate prepolymer synthesized from a polyol and isocyanate compound.
