PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch and a patch preparation which each has an adhesive layer on at least one side of a support, is especially excellent in skin adhesive force, and little leaves the adhesive on skin surfaces. SOLUTION: This patch having an adhesive layer on at least one side of the support is obtained by crosslinking the first polymer having butadiene skeleton portions and the second polymer different from the first polymer in the presence of an organic peroxide.
