A glue-water-defoaming device suitable for connection with a vacuum-pumping system and an air-compressing system comprises a reservoir (10) with a glue-water inlet (1) and outlet (9), a vacuumizing port (6) and an air-compression port (5). The vacuum-pumping system is connected with the vacuumizing port, and the air-compression port is connected with the air-compression system. The glue-water-defoaming device also comprises a defoaming mechanism (100) which comprises an internal glue-water tube (7) and a hemisphere (8), the inlet of said internal tube being connected with the glue-water inlet (1), and the outlet (72) of said internal tube being arranged above the summit of the hemisphere. By the addition of the hemisphere in the defoaming reservoir, the device effectively increases the contact area during vacuum defoaming, thereby achieving the aim of rapid defoaming.
