PHTHALOCYANINE NANOWIRES, INK COMPOSITION AND ELECTRONIC ELEMENT EACH CONTAINING SAME, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING PHTHALOCYANINE NANOWIRES

Disclosed are phthalocyanine nanowires which have a minor diameter of not more than 100 nm and a ratio of the length to the minor diameter (length/minor diameter) of not less than 10. Also disclosed are: an ink composition which is characterized by containing the phthalocyanine nanowires and an organic solvent as essential ingredients; a film containing the phthalocyanine nanowires; and an electronic element comprising the film. Since a film can be formed from the ink composition containing the nanowires by a wet process such as coating or printing, a light-weight low-cost electronic element which is not easily broken can be provided on a flexible plastic substrate.
