PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phospholipid pearl-like composition excellent in storage stability and a cosmetic including the composition. SOLUTION: The phospholipid pearl-like composition includes (a) phospholipid, (b) lysine dilauroyl glutamate, (c) a polyhydric alcohol and (d) water.
