<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily producing fine particles with nanometer size consisting of alloy of a platinum group element and a nonmetallic element under lower temperature condition than that of the conventional heating, combustion processing. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the method for manufacturing the alloy fine particles consisting of at least one platinum group element and at least one non-noble metal element. The method includes: preparation of aqueous solution containing ion of the non-noble metal element; addition of a reducing agent to the prepared aqueous solution; addition of ion compound consisting of the platinum group element after adding the reducing agent; and deposition of the alloy fine particles consisting of the platinum group element and the non-noble metal element in the aqueous solution. Here, the addition of the reducing agent, addition of the ion compound of the platinum group element, and deposition of the alloy fine particles are performed in a state where the aqueous solution is heated in a temperature range of 30 to <100°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
