PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacetal resin composition which can enhance the repeated impact resistance, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The polyacetal resin composition including a polyacetal resin, an unsaturated polyester resin and a pigment, is characterized in that this polyacetal resin composition comprises the unsaturated polyester resin having: a constitutional unit expressed by formula (I) (wherein, R<SP>1</SP>is an oxyalkylene group; m is an integer of 1-50; R<SP>2</SP>is a divalent but saturated or unsaturated acyl group; and n is an integer of 1-500) and having a content of the constitutional unit derived from a crosslinkable monomer of 1 mass% or less.
