PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which enables a user to watch graphs of various dimensions by switching the graphs easily, while being centered on a specific value of a dimension to which attention is paid, based on an APD obtained by each of the dimensions of the frequency, amplitude, and time. SOLUTION: The amplitude probability of the amplitude of each frequency component which an APD unit 300 outputs is stored previously in a storage 400, which stores the amplitude probability in correspondence to the passage of time. A graph creation unit 510 obtains the update storage contents from the storage and allows a display unit to display a first graph whose dimensions of coordinates are any two out of frequency, amplitude, amplitude probability, and time, and which has one other than the two as a parameter. A designation marker creation unit 520 allows the display unit to display a designation marker designating as a specific value(s), either the two dimensions on the first graph being currently displayed or the parameter. A screen controller allows the graph creation unit for creating and displaying a second graph, concerning dimensions of a new combination or a parameter when the two dimensions or parameter to which the specific value(s) has (have) been designated is (are) fixed to the specific value(s).
