PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metalized hard coat film excellent in scratching resistance and at the same time, excellent in heat-resistant whitening properties in heating. SOLUTION: In the metalized hard coat film, a cured resin layer (a) containing 0.05-15 wt.% silicone oil is provided on one side of a base film, and further a cured resin layer (b) and a metalized layer are formed sequentially on the other side of the base film.
