The module (1) has an actuator body (26) arranged between two adapter pieces (24, 25), and a casing (32) for surrounding the actuator body. The casing is indirectly connected with the adapter pieces by using respective welding seams (33, 34), and an intermediate gap (38) is formed between an outer side (36) of the actuator body and the casing, where the gap is filled with heavy gas (39) e.g. sulfur hexafluoride, carbon dioxide, argon and nitrogen. The casing is made from metallic material and designed in a partially deformable manner, where the casing has a bending edge. An independent claim is also included for a fuel injection valve for a fuel injection system of an air-compressed, self-igniting internal combustion engine.
