PURPOSE: The odor reduction and method for re-utilizing of the fermentation waste using microorganism are created the lactic acid in flora. The outgrowth of the saprogenic bacteria is controlled. In that way the complete analysis of the fermentation waste is controlled. CONSTITUTION: The symbiont group is composed among the group including the lactic acid bacteria, and the photosynthetic bacteria and yeast by selected one or greater. The symbiont group is vaccinated in the fermentation waste. The carbon source is provided to the fermentation waste. The fermentation waste is cultivated.
