PURPOSE: A manhole cover with a locking device is provided to prevent foreign materials from flowing between components of a locking device and to easily open and close the manhole cover when necessary. CONSTITUTION: A manhole cover(101) with a locking device comprises a casing, a lifting member, a shaft member, and a support member. The casing is formed inside the manhole cover. The lifting member is elastically supported by a spring located inside the casing. The shaft member is inserted into a through hole of the lifting member. The support member is connected to the shaft member in order to prevent the shaft member from being separated from the lifting member. |
