<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment apparatus which can separate suspended solids and phosphorus contained in sludge supernatant discharged from a sewage sludge treatment process at a same time using an adsorbent and can recover and recycle the adsorbent as a phosphorus-containing resource. <P>SOLUTION: The water treatment apparatus has a first treatment tank 3 having a first support 31 for forming a fixed bed 21 of a powdery phosphorus adsorbent derived from an inorganic layered compound and separating the phosphorus and solids from the water to be treated by the fixed bed to recover the phosphorus usable in a state of being adsorbed by the phosphorus adsorbent, a second treatment tank 4 having a second support 41 for forming a fluidized bed or a fixed bed 22 of the phosphorus adsorbent and separating phosphorus from treated water introduced from the first treatment tank 3 by the fluidized bed or fixed bed 22 to recover the phosphorus usable in a state of being adsorbed by the phosphorus adsorbent, and a phosphorus adsorbent transfer means L5 for transferring the phosphorus-adsorbed phosphorus adsorbent from the second treatment tank 4 to the first treatment tank 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
