PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet extrusion mechanism for a tablet dispenser which effectively carries out sheet extrusion operation even when a prescription directing a large number of sheets is prescribed. SOLUTION: In the extrusion mechanism, PTP tablet sheets 900, are arranged in pairs and loaded within a tablet cassette in such a way that surfaces of the PTP tablet sheets 900, face each other and that pockets 920 and 920 of the sheets do not overlap with each other. The tablet cassette has an extrusion member 5515 that presses a PTP tablet sheet 900 located at a set odd numbered position counted from the lowest position of the tablet cassette and extrudes the PTP tablet sheet along with a PTP tablet sheet 900 located just above the PTP sheet among the PTP tablet sheets 900, loaded in pairs.
