<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail reminder system, automatically transmitting reminder mail at a preset date and time. <P>SOLUTION: In the electronic mail reminder system, a server gives a unique management ID to each destination when mail with additional information including a schedule or reply due date and a reminder date is transmitted from a transmitter terminal, and stores the mail with data on association between the management ID and the additive information, with an unreplied flag set thereto. When reply mail is transmitted, the server updates the reply flag to a replied state, and when the reminder time comes, the server determines whether the reply flag is in the unreplied state. When the reply flag is in the unreplied state, the server creates either second notice mail or reply demand mail by determining whether either the time schedule or reply due date is stored, and transmits the mail to a destination terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
