<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an visual inspection device for a component capable of stably conveying the component to be inspected, regardless of kind and size of the component to be inspected, while considerably miniaturizing the device, and imaging the component in a multi-angle manner. <P>SOLUTION: The visual inspection device includes an inside rotary table D1 formed with a recess K1 of a prescribed shape to feed the component 20 to be inspected, an outside rotary table arranged on an outer periphery of the inside rotary table D1, a transparent flange component provided integrally with an outer periphery of the outside rotary table, a receiving and delivering means F1 for receiving and delivering the component 20 to be inspected from/to the transparent flange, and a plurality of imaging cameras C1, C2, ..., for imaging the component 20 to be inspected. A plurality of guide members G are substantially spirally arranged on an upper surface T1a of the rotary table D1 and an upper surface T2a of the transparent flange to receive and deliver the component 20 to be inspected from/to the transparent flange. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
