PURPOSE: An external use skin composition for treating acne and for anti-wrinkle is provided to ensure synergic effect by using triclosan, trichlocarban, and Glycyrrhiza uralensis extract and to prevent wrinkle and aging. CONSTITUTION: An external use skin composition for treating acne and for anti-wrinkle contains 0.01-2 weight% of 2,4,4-trichloro-2-hydroxydiphenyl ether, 0.01-1 weight% of 3,4,4,-trichloro carbanilide, 1-10 weight% of Glycyrrhiza uralensis extract, 1-10 weight% of Pleuropterus multflorus extract, and 5-10 weight% of Scuterllaria baicalensis extract. The composition is used in the form of cosmetic product or soap.
