PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of setting work of information related to each electrical apparatus, in an electrical apparatus operation state estimating device for estimating the operation state of a plurality of electrical apparatuses for receiving power by the same power supply trunk. SOLUTION: This electrical apparatus operation state estimating device estimates the operation state of each of the plurality of electrical apparatuses for receiving power by the power supply trunk. The electrical apparatus operation state estimating device includes a sensor section for measuring the amount related to the electricity in the power supply trunk, a means for holding feature amount information accompanying the operation of each power supply apparatus in the power supply trunk and acquiring the feature amount information from the external information storage device existing in a public network for a part or all of the electrical apparatuses, and a means for estimating the operation state of each electrical apparatus using a measurement result of the sensor section and the held feature amount information.
