PURPOSE: A micro-speaker is provided to improve the damping function of a vibrating plate in order to improve a vibrating characteristic by fixing the external circumference of a printed base film to a frame. CONSTITUTION: A yoke(20) is fixed to a frame(10). A permanent magnet(30) is fixed to the bottom side of the yoke to be spaced apart from the inner wall of the receiving groove in the yoke. A plate(40) is fixed on the upper side of the permanent magnet. The external circumference of a vibrating plate(50) is fixed to the frame. A base film(60) includes a planar first coil which is printed in a coil pattern. A second coil is electrically connected with the first coil.
