<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC tag for temperature measurements capable of improving the detection accuracy of the surface temperature of an object. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A non-contact type communication IC-chip 11 and a temperature sensor 12 are mounted on the front surface side of a substrate 21, and an antenna 14 for the IC-chip 11 and a detection electrode 15 are formed, and an auxiliary electrode, which is thermally one unit with the detection electrode 15, is formed on the back surface side of the substrate 21.
