<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-generation system capable of increasing its output power as much as possible, by appropriately controlling the number of power converters to be operated. <P>SOLUTION: The power-generation system 1 has a plurality of power converters 3a to 3j to convert a DC power inputted from a solar-battery generator 2 to the DC or AC power, for supplying the converted power to a power-outputting load 4.
