<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control device of a construction machine capable of selecting responsiveness of a working machine installed on the construction machine, further adjusting the responsiveness of each work, and selectively executing work such as excavating work requiring gentle movement and bumping work requiring quick movement. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The hydraulic control device of the construction machine includes: a bypass oil passage provided in each pilot secondary pressure oil passage between a shockless valve and a pilot operation part of a control valve; a solenoid valve provided in each connecting part between the pilot operation part side of the control valve in the bypass oil passage and the pilot secondary pressure oil passage for switching the pilot secondary pressure oil passage to the bypass oil passage, a directional control valve provided in each pilot secondary pressure oil passage between the bypass oil passages for switching the pilot secondary pressure oil passage to an oil discharge passage, and a control means for switching the solenoid valve by an external signal.
