<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate delay time of a circuit in consideration of dynamic power source noise. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The delay time calculation method for calculating the delay time of a circuit to which a voltage fluctuating with time is supplied includes: a division step of dividing the fluctuating voltage into a plurality of time zones; a first calculation step of calculating a fixed voltage delay time as the delay time of the circuit when a fixed voltage is supplied for each of a plurality of time zones divided by the division step; and a second calculation step for calculating the delay time of the circuit based on the fixed voltage delay time calculated by the first calculation step.
