PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device having a cup-shape part which can reduce a dead space. SOLUTION: The outer package material to house a battery element of a laminate type battery has a cup-shape part 10 which is formed so as to house a battery element. The cup-shape part 10 has a bottom wall part 11, a standing wall part 12 which extends from the bottom wall part 11, a flange part 13 formed by bending the end part of the standing part 12 to an outside direction, and a corner part 122 which is formed so as to have a curvature between the standing wall part 12 and the flange part 13. A standing wall projection part 121 which projects from the standing wall part to the outside direction is formed between the bottom wall part 11 and the standing part 12, and the distance S between the inner side face of the standing wall part 12 and the outside projection end face of the standing wall projection part 121 is smaller than the distance S1 between the inner side face of the standing wall part 12 and the outside end face of the flange part 13.
