PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus and image display device in which an operation for changing a plurality of setting items is facilitated. SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes: a touch panel device 111 for setting photographic conditions constituted of a plurality of setting items; and a control circuit 101 for displaying on a display monitor 104 a graph-representing setting values for a plurality of setting items set by the touch panel device 111 together with a slew image. The control circuit 101 changes the shape of the graph displayed on the display monitor 104, in response to the change in setting value by the touch panel device 111 and changes the display mode of the image displayed on the display monitor 104, in response to the change in setting value by the touch panel device 111.
