<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of reducing the number of components such as an insulation tape for fixing battery cells and capable of fixing composing parts stably and without change of external dimensions and installing the composing parts in a high positional accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A holder 16 has a cell holder 31 for fixing a holding battery cells and a circuit board holder 32 for fixing and holding a circuit board.
