PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation angle sensor for detecting an absolute position of an angle of 360°in which the directivity of an element can be easily discriminated and a manufacturing yield is improved by a simple manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The rotation angle sensor includes a board having a magnetic resistance element, a wiring board connected to the magnetic resistance element to form a bridge circuit and a sensor holder having the board and the wiring board. On the sensor holder, the boards having the number of multiples of 4 are provided on the sensor holder. At least one set of boards are arranged on the wiring board to be inclined at 80-100°.
